You will need: a variety of dumbbells, a bench or box (optional)
Format: 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest, repeat 3 rounds

Deadlift front lunge
3 pulse single side chest press
Oblique blast off pushup
Squat press overhead (new move)
Step up front raise, side lunge
Hammer curl switch
Tip toe squat reverse lunge
SS deadlift front lunge
Good mornings
Wood choppers
Reverse lunge lateral raise, high knee front raise
Kneeling thrust press
V sit leg drop
