Full Body Workout with PF Trainer Teddy and a Deck of Cards

Are you ready for another workout with PF Trainer Teddy!? This one is a little fun, because the whole workout is going to be determined by a deck of cards. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, so feel free to keep up or go at your own speed.

Before you dive into the workout, you’ll warm up with jabs & hooks, windmills, over/under hurdles, and bend & reaches. Once you’re ready to go, Teddy will start pulling cards. In this workout, red cards will be an upper body exercise, while black cards will be a lower body exercise — but there’s a little twist. Red face cards will have you doing push-ups, black face cards will have you doing squat jumps, while jokers will have you doing burpees.
