Gauntlet Workout 2 - Ultimate 20 Minute Home MMA Workout
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 90 seconds and repeat for 2 rounds total


1. DB Skier Swings

2. DB Burpee Curls

3. Push Up Rows

4. Jumping Lunge Burpees

5. Hollow Hold Flutter Kicks

6. Close to Wide Explosive Push Up Burpees

7. Alternating Single Arm DB Thrusters

8. Alternating Burpee Snatches

9. DB Alternating Chest Press

10. Full Burpees with Hand Claps
