THE WORKOUT
1. 3 Exercise Circuit: 3 Rounds (Rest 2-3 Minutes Between Rounds)
30 Squats
10-15 Jumping Split Squat
20 Steps Down X 20 Steps Back Walking Side Lunge
2. Leg Extension: 3 Sets of 25-30 Reps (lighter weight)
3. Step Ups: 3 Sets of 12 Reps (each leg)
4. Dumbbell Deadlift: 3 Sets of 15 Reps
5. KickBacks: 4 Sets of 20 Reps
6. Walking Lunge w/ 25 lb Plate: 3 Sets of 26 Steps
7. Calf Raises 3 Sets of 20 w/ 5 Pulses
8. Leg Curl: 3 Sets of 12 (bonus exercise)
